Looking for good workout routing for my pitcher. Not sure what exercises are best.

Was looking for physical workouts like weight training etc. Not exclusive to pitching I suppose but softball/baseball in general

Wrist strengthening (power bands work great for this) and LUNGES are a couple. The lunges are great for their legs and gluts and will give them more power coming off the mound. We usually do as many lunges as we can after each pitching practice or lesson. We also run stairs or bleachers for endurance.

Thanks tigers that makes good sense. The wrist will work the forearms too and add value to hitting as well.

Just lookup Auburn softball on YouTube. You will find a great variety of stuff there to use
